1. The promoter is Regent Street Cinema, whose registered office is at 307 Regent Street,
London, W1B 2HW.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 15 years or over except employees of Regent Street Cinema and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Closing date for entry will be midnight 22nd November 2023. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be considered for the prize draw.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter and partner Tony's Chocolonely is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. The prize is as follows: A pair of tickets for one Christmas at Regent Street Cinema screening, a house beer/wine/soft drink and large popcorn for each ticket holder and a prize package from Tony's Chocolonely consisting of: 1 x Christmas Pouch, 1 x Advent Calendar, 1 x Christmas Gifting Box, 1 x Christmas Rainbow Small Pack and 1 x Tiny Tony Gift Box. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Prizes are to be redeemed by winner at Regent Street Cinema on the date of their preferred screening. Reasonable alternative means of delivery of prizes can be arranged at the discretion of Regent Street Cinema.
11. There is one prize package available. One winner will be chosen at random from all entries received.
12. Winners will be notified via email shortly after the competition closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
