1. The promoter is Regent Street Cinema, whose registered office is at 307 Regent Street,
London, W1B 2HW.

2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Regent Street Cinema and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Route to entry for the competition is via paper ballot entry in person at Regent Street Cinema.

6. Closing date for entry will be midnight 2nd March 2025. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be considered for the prize draw.

7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Entrants must enter a paper ballot into the Oscars Prediction Box located at Regent Street Cinema. Once the Best Picture winner has been announced, the ballots with the correct answer will be separated from the incorrect answers. The correct answers will be returned to the ballot box and one winner will be randomly selected.

8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

11. The prize is as follows: A pair of tickets for one screening at Regent Street Cinema, a house beer/wine/soft drink for each ticket holder and a large popcorn to share. 

12. There is one prize package available. One winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries received.

13. Winners will be notified via Instagram or Email shortly after the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.

14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. Winner agrees to the use of their handles and profile images in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or any other social network.
