Staying safe during your next visit to Regent Street Cinema

Enhanced Safety Measures from 27th January 2022

The most important thing to us right now is ensuring the safety of our staff and guests. And we know it’s not just about being safe, it’s also about feeling safe. We want you to be able to relax and enjoy your film, without needing to worry about anything else.

You can see all our enhanced safety guidelines below so that you know what to expect on your next visit.

For more information and updates visit please our social media channels @RegentStCinema

Personal Hygiene

  • Guests have the option to wear a face covering at the cinema, but this is no longer mandatory
  • Staff will wear masks at all times
  • Hand sanitising stations are available upon entering the cinema, near the bathrooms and throughout the venue for guests to use

Social distancing

  • Please book online for a ticketless experience to reduce the need for contact with staff
  • Social distancing rules will no longer apply. To help you feel comfortable, though, we are keeping our allocated seating system in place and we will ask everyone to stick to their pre-booked seats.
  • Show time intervals have been adjusted to ensure less queue times for our guests

  • We have allowed more time for cleaning between screenings
  • We will continually sanitise high touch point areas around the venue
  • Bathrooms will be continually sanitised throughout the day
  • Our air conditioning system draws on fresh air and is not re-circulated

  • We are not accepting cash at the bar, but our limit for contact less payment has been increased to £100
  • Food and drink orders are pre-packaged
  • You can opt to check into the cinema using the NHS track and trace app on arrival
  • Our staff have been fully trained in keeping you safe and are at hand to help

We ask that guests follow the guidelines we have established and follow the instructions of our staff, so that we can ensure the cinema experience remains safe for all. We will not assume any liability for failure to comply with our safety protocols.

Additional safety measures may be implemented by the Government, in which case we will notify our guests with any further updates at the time.
