Adam is precocious, riddle-solving student spending the summer at a big house in the country, where it is rumoured a Napoleonic treasure is buried. Following a trail of clues Adam begins to track down the treasure, trying to impress his host’s niece, Wanda. A wonderful adaptation of Karnel Makuszynski’s novel considered one of the best children films even made in Poland.
