Kind Hearts and Coronets

Classic British comedy. Louis D’Ascoyne Mazzini is the son of a woman disowned by her aristocratic family for marrying out of her social class. After her death, Louis decides to take revenge on the family, and to take the dukedom by trying to murder the people ahead of him who are in line for succession of the title – all of whom are played by Alec Guinness.

“The Ealing genre reached utter perfection with this superb black comedy of manners about the most elegant serial killer in history” – Peter Bradshaw, The Guardian
