The Valley (1972) + Nick Mason Filmed Intro

Pink Floyd’s second collaboration with Schroeder was The Valley, a tale of self-exploration and discovery in upland Papua New Guinea. A diplomat’s wife (Bulle Ogier) joins a group of hippies in search of rare birds’ feathers, instead encountering the Mapuga tribe, who lead them in search of a Paradisiacal valley “obscured by clouds.” The score was later released as the album Obscured by Clouds. The screening of The Valley is preceded by an exclusive filmed interview with Pink Floyd’s Nick Mason.Adventure/DramaPT2H6M182026-06-06
