Two very different takes on the human body. The first, a softcore erotic short by British underground film-maker Robert Short, pairs campy action in a makeshift jungle with the sound of Pink Floyd’s Ummagumma. Roy Battersby’s cult scientific documentary uses interior and exterior camera shots to examine the human body, along with a soundtrack by Pink Floyd vocalist and bassist Roger Waters and Pink Floyd collaborator Ron Geesin, which uses the sounds of the human body. Narrated by Vanessa Redgrave, Frank Finlay and Roger Waters.
The screening is introduced by film critic Henry K. Miller.DocumentaryPT2H3M182026-06-06
