British Music Video: A Visual Journey

Join us for a special screening of iconic British music videos from the past 50 years, followed by a panel discussion exploring the cultural impact of the music video as an art form Taking Queen’s groundbreaking Bohemian Rhapsody video, released in 1975, as it’s jumping off point, the evening will celebrate the creativity of British artists and directors as they explore artistic expression and cultural representation through the music video format. The event is being presented by the University of Westminster, Regent Street Cinema, Seven Seas Films, The UK Music Video Awards and Promonews’s David Knight, one of the foremost commentators on the medium. The discussion will be moderated by India McTaggart, Entertainment Correspondent at The Telegraph.
